ScanPort provides document scanning, storage, and management services that allow users to digitize, store, and access documents from connected scanners and multifunction printers.

3. User Accounts

To use certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You must provide accurate and complete information and keep your account information updated. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. The company cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage from your failure to comply with this security obligation.

4. Content Storage and Processing

• All scanned images are stored in Singapore-based third-party storage providers (such as Amazon Web Services).
• You retain all rights to your content. By uploading content to our Service, you grant us a worldwide license to use, store, and process your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.
• We implement appropriate technical measures to protect your data, but we cannot guarantee absolute security.

5. Data Retention and Deletion

We will retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you services. You can request deletion of your data at any time by contacting our support team. We will retain and use your data as necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.

6. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any laws
• Upload or transmit viruses or other malicious code
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems
• Use the Service to store or transmit content that infringes on intellectual property rights

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Singapore, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
